  • Our office hours are weekdays from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. 
  • You may also call or email to schedule after-hours or weekend visits. 


  • Our most current pricing guide can be found on the Pricing page.
  • There is a four-hour minimum on all event space bookings. 
  • A minimum 50% of the rental fee is due at booking, the other 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. 
  • For last minute rentals (booked less than 30 days before the event) the full amount of the rental will be due upon booking. 
  • At present, we accept payment primarily in the form of checks (alternate payment methods can be discussed as needed upon booking).
  • A cleaning/damages deposit in the form of a check for 50% of the total rental fee will be kept on file until post-event inspection. 


  • We do not currently have a form for online booking, but hope to establish it in the near future. 
  • In the meantime please reach out by email or phone for bookings. 


  • The space has a capacity of 150 guests, with 1300 sq ft of open floor space, plus stage.
  • 80 chairs are included with rental for seating. 


  • We have a full parking lot on-site with 26 spaces. 


  • There is a full kitchen on site to use at a flat rate of $25.00 per event.
  • Due to the location of the kitchen in a shared space, limitations on its use will be discussed during booking. 


  • This space is not currently wheelchair accessible.


  • We have audio and video equipment available for use at a rate of $50 per event. 
  • We do not have an in-house sound technician, but can recommend local contractors upon request. 


  • Tables and chairs are included with your rental. 
  • There are 80 folding chairs, 10 round tables (5ft), and 5 long tables (5ft).


  • We allow free-standing décor only, we ask that guests do not affix anything to the walls.
  • All guest décor must be removed from the space upon vacating, and any of the existing Willow & Sage décor should be placed back in its original staging. 


  • There are two rooms within the event venue that may be used for getting ready if needed. 
  • Our bridal suite is currently unavailable.
